The military diet menu guarantees weight loss in short time. Believe it!!

The Military diet comes in 2 phases and goes on for a period of 7-days.The first three days requires a person to follow a strict low-calorie meal involving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The military diet menu does not offer any type of snacks in its diet. In a normal day a person is required to take close to around 1,100–1,400 calories. Compared to what a normal human being consumes in a day, this is much lower. The other remaining 4 days requires a person to continue eating healthy through a continued low calorie intake. Campaigners for Military dieters stress that a person can repeat the diet multiple times until you attain your goal weight. All Military diets come with a set meal plan accompanied with low calorie restriction in the first three days. The remaining 4 days contains fewer restrictions.

The last 4 days: These 4 days are all about dieting.

You are allowed to eat snacks with no restriction on any other food that was in the previous military diet menu. Despite this, a person should be able to limit his or her portion size and make sure that you only consume 1500 calories a day.

During the three day a person is allowed to make substitutions, but this should happen within same amount of calories. What matters is that calories remain unchanged. Advocates of military diet menu support drinking of hot lemon water, but also warn one to be cautious of artificially sweetened beverages. But you should never be worried of this as no scientific reason supports such standing.
